Good day,
Any advice on the situation below would be helpful. Thanks!

On October 14 I will be resigning from my current employer. From August 14-November 24 I am enrolled in a graduate education program with expenses that are fully covered by my employer's tuition reimbursement program. The program requires that my manager preapprove the coursework with a signature (which he did in late July) and that I achieve at least a 3.0 average in order to be reimbursed. The reimbursement is provided once I submit satisfactory grades after the term is over. There is no explicit language in any policies or paperwork that states whether I need to still be employed in order to be reimbursed. From my perspective, the full amount should still be reimbursed because I only entered into and paid the full tuition up front based on the signed approval from my manager that the tuition would be covered in full - regardless of employment status (offer/acceptance/consideration from my L101 days). Am I thinking about this correctly and what would be the legal requirements on the part of my employer around this agreement?
