this happened in ky..my daughter was on the merry go round ..the pole of the horse she was on came out of the floor and threw her around and badly bruised her leg. we took her to the hospital and they done x-rays and said it wasnt broke just badly bruised..we have been in contact with the amusement rides insurance company but i am not sure what to say when the adjuster calls if they offer a settlement.what do you say to someone for my daughter being scared to death and hurt..she said she will never ride another ride again and she is 9..does anyone have any advice..thanks in advance.

I think you have a strong case against the amusement park and potentially the manufacturer of the ride. They have a high duty of care to their patrons.
