I put a $645 deposit on an apartment two days ago but have not signed a lease yet. If I change my mind can the property managers keep all of the deposit? Am I entitled to a refund?

Depends on the pre-rental agreement; sometimes if payment of a deposit removes a property from marketing and you change your mind you may not be entitled to the full refund; you need to read the deposit agreement or contact the management company to see what their policy is
