Can an Employer in KY discipline an employee for not (I.E We fill one out on Monday for the week.) submitting a time card. In the past our management would walk up and ask or either hand a time card to individuals who may have forgotten to fill one out. Now they are giving warnings and issuing written warnings and threatening suspension after so many warnings. Is this legal. The company has never used time clocks.

Of course, they can. How else are they going to know what hours you worked if you don't complete a time card?

The company rules are the company rules. The supervisors should not have to babysit you to turn in your hours.

It is absolutely legal in KY and every other state as well.

If you don't want to be disciplined for not turning in a time card, turn in a time card. Simple solution.
