Does IL have any regulations regaurding Nopotism? I have not been able to find any. Are there any examples of Case Law examples that relate to nepotism? I can't find any good one's of those either.

There are no laws in any states regarding nepotism. The employer is free to allow it or prohibit it, whichever they choose.
