If a company is found to be in violation of the pregnancy discrimination act (on a federal level) what type of fines would be imposed? NYS, any idea what is the min. and/or max?

There really aren't "fines" for violations, just damages paid as the result of trial or settlement. Amounts vary widely depending on the facts of the situation. Sorry not to be more helpful.
