I would like to know Indiana overtime laws. Where I work the are saving up our overtime instead of paying us for it. Then if you miss a day or whatever the will use your overtime to make your check 40 hours for the week. Is this right? It seems unfair. I work for that but don't get paid for it unless I miss sometime at work.
