My last day at my current job is Friday October 7th, and I am paid mostly on commission. My commissions are based on monthly sales volume, and percentage of goal attained. Since I am working a partial month and a percentage of goal cannot be assessed, does my employer owe me any commissions on my sales through that date?

Legally, I very seriously doubt it. What does your commission agreement/plan say?
