We recently discovered an employee has been taking lunch breaks, running errands, etc without clocking out on his time card. We have tracked this for two weeks to confirm. In looking back, he has been doing this for a long period of time(over a year). Does the employer have any recourse to recovering any $ paid to him for hours he did not work? We only have hard documentation for the past two weeks. We are located in NC.
