I Quit My Job On September 3. My Manager Hasnt Notified The Main Company Office Yet. I Have Not Received My Last Paycheck, Or Unused Vacation Pay And I Cant Get To My 401k Until She Does. I Live In Wv What Are The Laws On Receiving Your Last Pay?

How much notice did you give them? In your state, it make a difference when your last check is due.

" On quitting, pay all wages, including fringe benefits, at the regular payday (except if one pay period's notice is given by the employee, all wages including fringe benefits must be paid at the time of quitting)."
