I was traveling from one remote location to another and I was involved in an auto accident. I'm an IT worker and primarly work in one building so traveling isn't a regular part of my job. This incident has spurred a few questions in my mind:

1) Does the company have any liability if the accident is my fault.
2) Does the company have any liabitliy if the accident is the other driver's fault
3) If traveling isn't in my job requirements am I required to notified my insurance provider? (sorta OT but I'm curious).
