I bought a 2004 stratus r/t. it was my dream car as an 18 year old. I got the car with 100 miles on it and paid around 18,500. I have already replaced the transmission, had the car in multiple times fro front end troubles, and reccently the dealer that reaplced my tranimission failed to replace a bolt in the front end which caused my cars left front tired to fold under the car under my shock. my mom feels i can get them for neglagence, possibly the lemon law. I want my money back for my car. i dont feel safe driving it and i dont want it anymore. can i get at least retail value for it? or should i persue a lawsuit

i come from a family who got so sick of their issues with chrysler cars that we became a ford family; i suggest seeing if the dealership will give you another car, refund your money, etc.... and if no satisfaction, contact the state attorney general's office consumer division for them to contact the dealer and the company for relief
