watusi15 09-05-2005, 09:02 PM I signed the lease for my apt on 8/20/05. That is when I got my keys and gave him the total amount of rent & security. In the second month your rent is due on the 1st, but it should have been prorated from 8/20 to 8/30, which means on 9/1 you only pay for 10 days of rent. On 10/1 you revert back to the regular rent amount. |
