My daughter will be eighteen this September, but is still in high school. My question is does her father have to continue to pay support until she graduates from high school which is next year. Also is there anything we can do to get him to continue through college?

Most states require support to continue beyond age 18 if the child is progressing and attending secondary school. You should look at the support order to see what it says about termination of support as it is the law of this case. On a practical note, if a child attends post-secondary training full-time child support can continue up to usually age 21-22.
