I just got a new job and I did not tell or put down pregnancy for the fear of being discriminated against.I am 6 months on the verge of 7. I would like to know what I am eligible for. ie. Maternity leave..fmla. I do not want to lose this job as it is really important.

You are eligible for whatever medical leave would be offered to a similarly situated employee who has a non-maternity medical condition.

You have not worked for the company long enough to be eligible for FMLA and Georgia does not have any state-mandated medical or maternity leave. Thus, company policy will determine what you are eligible for.
