I'm in my early 40's and have a manager for a going on over a year doing the following:
Has held back my raise twice.

Has made it a point to write in my reviews that my job is in jeapordy.

Goes to HR Dept. and tells them that I accused him of being racist.

Constantly tells me I don't move with a sense of urgency.

Has had a conferance call meet with HR,Workmans Comp. case worker and the therapist on modifying my work restrictions without my Doctors knowing about it.

Now changing my work hours just to get me to quit.

I'm at the point (which I know it does get them mad where I record any conversation they have with me.

I have three seperate injuries in the same area with three claims. I've completed one year on restricyted duty and still have not been released.

Can you just sue the manager?

Not really, unless his actions are away from work. Even at work, filing a complaint of harassment is easy - but proving it isn't. You will need to prove that his behavior is because of discrimination based on age, race, religion, gender, disability, national origin, etc., and not just because of a personality dispute.
