About 7 months ago my ex hired an attorney and claimed that I wasn't given him visitation rights. This is not true what so ever. This all came about when he was being taken to court for child support. He hasn't paid in about 3 years so you can imagine what he owes.

Well...when I went to the child support trial his attorney told me I was going to jail because of visitation. At that point I had to hire an attorney.

Well...the visitation was set again and he fails to pick up his child at the time that he's suppose to. I noted this and I received a letter from his attorney changes the time to a later time. Apparently he's not able to be here at the time he requested. I requested to find out why. If he has a job...then why can't he paid.

Well..this has been on going. The court date was this past Monday and once again it was extended to late September. It's seems to me his attorney is buying time. Well...I can't afford my attorney as my son is growing and he does need to eat. I have also been looking for a second job.

This court date is scheduled for late September and I requested that my attorney not show up as I will.

I'm not sure if that's the right thing to do however I can't afford him and it's eating me alive. I would also like to know if he's able to pay for an attorney why can't he pay child support.

I don't understand this circle and I'm a little fed up. I have applied for several part time jobs and my son will be spending time with my family till I can get this resolve. Is there anything I can do???
