I have two jobs one is a construction job and the otheris a resturant job.
My situation is that the construction job is a family owned buisness, and that
I have been employed for 4 years now. Here recently they have told me that I would have to choose between jobs or my services will be no longer needed. My question is this, can one job make you choose between jobs, and if not can they terminate you? But there is also another coworker in the company that also has two jobs and goes to school, but they have not made him choose between his two jobs much less mention to him about him having two jobs. Partical reason for him not having to choose is because he is married into the company. So now my problem turns a little more into discrimination. Is what they are doing to me legal now?
