Hello, I was terminated about 2 mths ago and not given any reason why, was told "we don't have any reason", however, I applied for UEI and was denied based on my fmr employer stating that she in fact did have documented write up (none to my knowledge, I was never written up, I was spoken too, but nothing ever formal) and that I had a bad attitude, and that I discussed my salary w/ other employees (not true, and also grounds for immediate dismissal as per employee manual). Basically, I was angry, hurt, etc because I was told upon hire that I and my immediate family were eligible for benefits (Chiropractic Care), the Dr stated that he did not feel comfortable with treating my daughter so therefore, he was not going to at the time, but would revisit the issue at a later date (probably thinking I was going to quit or they would eventually let me go) so, being disappointed, and I wear my heart on my sleve, maybe somedays I may have had an attitude, but I usually kept it in check. So, long story short, are there any tips that you may have, any suggestions? If she presents items that are forged stating that she did in fact follow proper procedure on writing me up, how do I rebuff that? It is basically my word against hers, and she is already lying about so much...

Thanks in advance
