I understand that horseplay injuries are not covered by workers comp insurance, but what is the definition of horseplay that they use to determine whether it was or was not horseplay. Also, would a fatigue caused incident be considered an accident?

In health care circles the word "accident" has been replaced with "unintentional injury".
The definition intends to remove the connotation of culpability in "accident". This can be very important in worker's comp cases.
Hope this helped a bit.
Best,
