In the event that I am terminated, does'nt my employer have a certain amount of time in which to issue me my last pay check? If so, what is the time frame? Also I handed in my letter of resignation, if she were to let me go before the date of resignation, then that is still termination, correct? And I should still be abl;e to recive a termination slip and my last check, am I right? I am unsure about these things. I am going on memory. If someone could help I wopuld be greatful.
