My son father is wanting to go overseas to work, he owes back suppport, thus making his visa deniable. He wants a agreement for me to forgive him the back child support and is offering to have his back support wages withdrawal from his job. THe agreement would be a two year, has anyone had to deal with turning back child supoort into such a agreement??

You need to think about this. If he does not work and if the pay overseas is really great, you may be able to get an increase in support. But if he does not work, there is nothing to get and just more arrearages, so I think this is common sense and you do not really need advice on this. I think it is the idea of giving up back support you mentally have problems with, but my suggestion is to see how much more he makes abroad, then after you see that he starts to work and you know where it is and so on, that you seek modification and an increase in support.
