If someone is making unwelcomed advances towards you at work, (a co-worker) can you file a sexual harassment case against him. I work in the public school system. Is there a case online that I can review of sexual harassment between co-workers in a school enviroment?

Public schools are required to comply with federal sexual harassment laws. I'm not sure what state you are in. However, please note that several states have additional laws protecting employees against sexual harassment.
You can read more about sexual harassment, including a description of employers covered by the law, by reading the following website: http://www.eeoc.gov/
