We have not been able to see the babby for a year he has done nothing the court ordered . My daughter has no lawer .Is there any way to get the judge to reopen thius with out haveing a lawer. He hid personal prop untill after the divorce was final .We were able after a year to pick up the car that he had been hideing. its in his name he wil not release the title or papperwork untill she pays 4000 for replaceing the motor any help would great

My suggestion is to file a motion for contempt and modification wiht the court. Write it out yourself. http://www.uslegalforms.com sells legal forms, but you can see them online so you can try to modify something similar to what you want to do.
