I work for a small business in CA. Out on (DR. extended) maternity leave and now back to work. Was out 7 months. My anniversary date for vacation is August 1. Am I entitled to my paid vacation or does he move my anniversary date back 7 months? Now that I am back to work, when do my regular benefits(sick and medical) start?
