I worked for one of the biggest duraable medical equipment companies in the U.S. on the last day on my two weeks at 4:55 pm my boss tells me that i will not get my pay check that day. she continue by telling me that it will be mail to me. my boss at the time seem to had a very bad day. she rapitly call the distric maneger and stated that i was upset and that i wanted my check; that I new that the check was in the mail and that i was doing this just to make her mad. I ask to seek to the district manager as a sphoke to the district manager the office manager staarted to curse at me telling me to F off, to have a wonderful f@#$%! life, at this time the district manager shouted out to the manager to stop cursing at me. when the noffice manager found out that her boss witness her professionalism she strom towards me and push me and snashed the phone of my hands. all this time she continue to speak to me as i was her child. as she stormed out of her office she slamed a box of thigs against the wall there was pants a radio her shoes and dirt all over. I follow this by calling the district manager but getting no response, I also try numerous time caliing the human resourses at the corporate office. finally i got a call from HR the thursday after the incident. i reported the incident but nothing has be done about it. this been since May 3, 2005. what can i do? noting that this is not the first time this manager verbaly and physically confronts a employee and the company stands behind her.
