In Washington State what is the law concerning breaks for a shift manager at a fast food restaurant? I was told i get paid for my breaks. That would imply that I get one right? Tonight the other manager wouldn't let me have a break. Please help :confused:

Which break(s) are you referring too? 30min or 10min breaks. How long were you on shift when you requested your break?

any break at all. i worked only five hrs this particular day. All i wanted was a 10 minute break. Some water and a bathroom break would have been nice.
