Now I am going to do production work. Does Georgia Labor law (or even federal) say that they have to pay me for that PTO in the same manner it was accrued? What is that law called? I cant seem to find the right words to "call up" this information!

Nothing in either Georgia or Federal law requires that an employer accrue PTO in any particular way, or even that they accrue it at all. It is entirely up to the employer.
