I worked at a car dealership for 7 1/2 yrs and was terminated for lack of work and replaced by an employee from outside the company the next day doing the same exact job.There was not documents sign by me confirming there was a lack of work or any documentation.And I was wondering if there is anything legally i could do for this situation.

There isn't anything you can do about this unless you believe that the termination occurred because of your age, a disability, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion or gender or if the termination occurred as retaliaton against you because you took an action to protect your rights, such as you made a complaint about discrimination or you filed a claim for workers compensation.
