If anyone knows the family code for Texas on this one it would help. Am i supposed to pick up the children for my visitation and drop them back off with the custodial parent? I am just really confused because we have always worked together on things and it has never been this way before and then he met his new wife and things changed. Including the extra time he used to let me visit with the kids. I used to pick them up and he would come to get them at the end of my visitation. Now he says that if I want them I have to get them and make sure to drop them off by the ordered time. Is this how it is supposed to be?! Thanks for any advice you can give!!! :)

Most courts leave it the the parents to work this out. If you believe he is being a bully, go back to court and seek clarification and a contempt order for unreasonable conditions being placed on your visitation.
