What are the proper documents that an employer must have displayed for their employees? And what are the legal issues that can result from non-compliance of posting these?
Thank You

www.laborlawposters.net (http://www.laborlawposters.net) is a great source of information regarding legally required posters. If a poster is not properly displayed, it can cause the employer to be in violation of labor law. While you will not directly profit from this, your coworkers and others entering the workplace will be able to reach about their rights....and, in the long run, that is better for both the employer and employees.
