Im planning on giving my 1 weeks notice. I have 40 Hours of Vacation Pay left over and I heard that I'm sapossed to be paid for that time. Can I still get paid my vacation pay after I leave my workplace if I do not use it. :confused:

Though there are a few states which require payment of vacation at the time of termination, Virginia is not one of them.
