My son goes to school 2 days a week in a home study course. He is 18 and still getting support.
The court doc says "support will continue until child is 18 and not a full time high school student, or reaches age of 19.
I don't consider 2 days a week full time is there any written cases or law for this issue? thanks for any input.

Don't know what state you are in, but you should go to your state's website to the state supreme court opinion section or law library, then do a keyword search for termination of child support. As a practical matter, do not look for termination to occur as long as the child is making satisfactory progress on a diploma, even if it takes until age 19 and maybe a little beyond. In spite of the state law, courts can render judgments to the contrary relating to children if it is in the best interest of the child, and even though 18 us age of majority, parents are not usually let off the hook until emancipation, high school graduation, or end of post-secondary schooling.
