I posted a statement under *issues* I had something occur the other day.. the father of my child with *reasonable visitation* called wanted to take her in which I decided due to threats of *taking her away* I will allow him to visit her in my home where she is in sight of me.. I have never denied him visitation my child is 28 months old and he has only seen her 8 times and this was recently and its never consistant its when he has time... anyways,, he called wanted to take her I tried to explain to him that he can come see her due to her still being sick.. he again threatened me stating he is going to take her and put her in day care.. mind you he does not know this child.. I just told him well take me to court cause she is going nowhere.. i thought that was end of story.. he then called the police,,, gave the police some sort of paper stating he had visitation and i refused.. I have never seen or gotten any papers about this.. I tried to tell the police they basically were rude told me to get the child ready... i asked them,, Did you see the papers... they came back rudely with... IF WE DIDNT MAAM WHY WOULD WE BE HERE? I said well I dont know but I have no knowledge of this... they then went back out to where the father was waiting for my daughter... re -read the papers.. it was not even a court paper... and it was not even for my child... they then came back with a nicer attitude and told me she didnt have to go no where... So what I am asking... he has reasonable rights.. I feel I am doing that so am I safe until he takes me to court to get a visitation schedule.. and also.... I have FULL SOLE Custody of my child.. Can I move outta state?

You should be able to move out of state based on what you are saying. You have full and sole custody. But I caution you to read the custody papers to make sure they do not include a clause about you moving out of state and needing to consult the father or the court to do so.
