I want to have her at my house more often. right now I see her every other weekend and for a few hours on Wednesdays. He also dictates where I can take her on vacation (he won't let me get a passport for her). I want to know what my rights are as far as getting more visitation, preferably every other week all year long. we live in the same school district, so it would not interfere with her school. I do not work, but my husband does. we pay for all her extracurricular activities and half of medical,we also buy her clothing and shoes and whatever else she needs. are they able to go after my husbands money for child support?

It sounds like you should try to seek primary physical custody if you can. I do not know your situation, so do not know if that is realistic. If you want to seek child support, it would make sense to seek primary physical custody. If the state is not involved, the state's attorney or prosecutor's child support division may be able to represent you for free.
