I work in Omaha, Nebraska. My companies policy on things like Sick days, Vaction Days, Personal Days is very confusing. They do not have anything in writing and it seems like the policy changes every week to suit there wims. The company is very small only a dozen employees.
Is it legal for them to be changing the policy all of the time. Can i request a writen policy from them. If i request one, do they have to give it to me?
