Call the court, explain your financial limitations and request to participate in the hearing by phone. The court can allow this if it wants to. I suggest filing papers, even if hand written, explaining your situation and that visitation is exercised, and you need to argue that support should remain where it is at since you are living on $80 every two weeks, well below subsistence, because the rest goes to child support. Pretty much all support gui8delines require the court to leave the paying parent with subsistence income, which is @ $500 per month in most places. If you cannot get to court, write the court to provide them with this information and ask to participate by phone in the hearing with the court calling you or you calling the court at the hearing time and asking that the phone be placed in the court room, or the hearing held in the judge's chambers to facilitate your participation.
