:confused: My b/f he has a daughter not with me.His x keeps taking him to court and getting his child support raised!!!we now live on $80.00 every 2 weeks because of this!We moved out of state and it is her job to bring his daughter to us for his visits but to make it easier we go there to visit:) (t was like this also before we moved)Now since we get very lil money to live on we cannot go down there every 2 weeks to visit she is taking him to court again for yet again another child support raise,and is also telling the judge and her lawer he is not visiting his daughter and wants to get his visitations cut off.but we get down there as much as possible once a month mostly if not 2 times a month!Can she get his child support raised again if we don't have any more mohey to give and can she get his visitation stopped?What can we do to stop this?PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!! :confused:

If she has filed papers with the court, respond to them even if you have to do so in handwriting and explain the situation to the court like you did in the post. my suggestion is to seek modification of support to a lesser amount because the father is not left with subsistence income and to also seek contempt charges against the mother for not bringing the child for visitation as required by the court order, and ask the court to admonish her to stop trying to get more support when she knows the income is not there to get and to stop cutting off her obligations to participate in maintaining visitation. You have posted this in the room before. You need to do something in the real world and take action. I also suggest contacting a Legal Services Organization provider in your area if there is one since it sounds like the father may qualify for free legal services and representation. But take action.
