Hi, I currently live in Michigan and work for Little Caesars. Within the past 6 weeks my store has been robbed 3 times and I was threated at work 1 time. After the final robbery my doctor had made me take some time off from work. Now they are putting me into a new store, which just got robbed last night. Not only have the company been stressing me out but they have screwed me over with 8 days of no pay because of workers comp. A detective and few other friends said that i can sue the company for making me work in an unsafe environment. The company has stressed me out so much that I want the company to learn there lesson. Is there any suit I can file under OSHA against the company?

I couldn't find anything under OSHA which discusses the situation. You may wish to consult with OSHA and ask them. Their website is at: http://www.dol.gov/dol/compliance/comp-osha.htm

Let me know what they say. It would be interesting as I hadn't heard that such recoveries are possible.

I have also been checking into osha; u may find out a lot of interesting things out at OSHA Safety Regulations & Labor Law Guide on the web. Hope this helps.
