Hi, I am a 26 year old store manager for little caesars in Michigan. I was robbed 4 times in about a 6 week span. The doctor had told me that I am suppose to take some time off. Totally amount of days off are 12. Workers comp says they only will pay the last 5 days. So that leaves 7 days unpaid. Is it the company's responsibility to pay for those days off since I was robbed in the store?

No, not unless it is their policy to pay for first day of absences for persons who are out of work. Most workers compensation policies have a waiting period. Unfortunately, that waiting period is on the employee's "dime". Let me know if you have any other questions.
