Good Day ,
I recentally moved to Delaware , currently I am experiencing a matter involving workman's comp. I met with an attorney , who wanted to charge $500 to represent me and $2800 if my doctor needs to be called to court . I was given a form showing I was responsible for 33 1/3 percent of the gross recovery obtained for my case . I refuse to sign , until I get clarification of what percent attorney are entitled to . Please help me

Your attorney can charge whatever he/she wants, I believe. However, the question is...why do you feel you need an attorney. Workers compensation is pretty straight forward...have you pursued all remedies that you can on your own?
