MY EMPLOYER, THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY FORCES ME
TO DEAL WITH HIS E-MAIL WHICH HAS SEXUALLY EXPLICIT MESSAGES IN IT. HE LOGS INTO PORNOGRAPHIC WEB SITES, ENTER HIS E-MAIL ADDRESS
AND I AM BOMBARDED WITH PORN IN HIS E-MAIL. HE USES THE F-WORD ALL DAY LONG EVERY DAY, HE HAS POSTERS STATING THIS COMPANY DOES NOT TOLERATE
SEXUAL HARASSMENT, BUT WE HAVE GIRLY MAGAZINES IN THE BREAK ROOM AND GIRLY CALENDERS ON THE WALLS IN THE PLANT WHICH I HAVE TO GO THRU AT LEAST ONCE EACH DAY. MY EMPLOYER THINKS THIS IS ALL HILARIOUS, I DO NOT, NOR DOES MY OTHER FEMALE CO-WORKER. WE EVEN HAD TO RE PROGRAM OUR COMPANY WEB SITE DUE TO THE PORNOGRAPHY WHICH WAS BEING POSTED ON IT DAILY. :mad:
I AM LOCATED IN INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY WHO SAYS I HAVE A VALID SEXUAL HARASSMENT SUIT. HE HAS REVIEWED
COPIES OF ALL THE E-MAIL, PICTURES, AND PORN THAT I AM FORCED TO LOOK AT ON A DAILY BASIS. HE SAID I HAVE TO GO TO EEOC TO OBTAIN A LETTER AUTHORIZING
ME TO SUE BECAUSE MY COMPANY HAS ONLY 11 EMPLOYEES.

Indiana anti-discrimination laws apply to employers with 6 or more employees. So, you should file a complaint with the state at the same time you are filing with the EEOC. THe state complaint process is described at: http://www.in.gov/icrc/pubs/process.html
