Ive been on workmans comp for about 13 months in Georgia. Every week Ive received a check for $416.69. A couple of weeks ago I started getting checks for $284.oo. Ive got a lawyer who doesnt do anything and I cant talk to the people at workmans comp BECAUSE I have a lawyer. I wasnt sent anything saying that my checks would be changing and I am wondering why this has happened. Does anyone know? Please help. Thanks

Fire your lawyer in writing and copy the benefits folks, then call them and ask. IT is possible they contacted the lawyer by mail and the information is not being shared with you. I do not know enough about your case or benefits to answer further.
