Child services decides children are in extreme danger living with their mother. So they pull the kids and give them to the father. What does the father have to do to insure that the kids do not go back to their mother? HHHHHEEEEELLLLLPPPPP!!!!!

First, you would need to petition the court for sole custody, but in a case like this, usually DCF will be involved and a parenting plan established for the mother to be reintegrated into the childrens' lives if possible. I do not know the entire situation, but if you get sole custody, unless it is something really bad, it will likely be temporary then re-evaluated periodically.
