i dont think it is illegal to date him as long as u r comftorable with the guy and do not have sexual contact or any sort bc i am 14 and as of right now my boyfriend is 17 and on jan 6 i turn 15 but jan 9 he turns 18-yet we have all parents consent and control our hormones...well i dont think its illegal but i couldnt find anything that say in bold print u cant go out with minors/adults i guess if u have oarents consent like we me n my boyfriend do fo thr future and u control ur hormones for a while then it illegal..i hope this will help.. :)

There is no law against dating, but sexual contact could land him in jail. Also, you are technically still under your parent's authority.
