Obviously he is on a power trip. I have not been in this situation, but I suggest documenting the visitation and when he shows up, then going back to court and seeking sole custody of the child and explain to the court that his visitation is about power and not about the child. The court may still order visitation, but if that happens ask that it be supervised visitation since he has had virtually no contact with the child and it would be difficult for the child going off with a stranger even if he is their biological parent.

Well... He doesn't come to any home visits he only takes him with him for 1 day out of the week for a few hours which, as previously stated, is way less then was granted. It's made loud and clear in the court order that he must call if he won't show up for a visit, but he doesn't isn't that contempt? One time he didn't feed him at all and he doesn't change him... How much longer should I wait? Please help
