this is bristles35 again my brother and his wife have temporaly custody of my three childern while took care of my bussines in a another state. well now i am back. will be able to get them back without any promblems. i now live on alabama. it was not that hard for them to get tempoarly custody. will it be hard for me to get them back. and also do i still get the childsupport even though my brother has temporaly custody. thank you bristles35 in alabama :confused:

If your brother does not hand over the kids voluntarily, and even if he does, I recommend going to court to formally have temporary custody dissolved and your custody of the kids restored. You may need a transition plan for the kids. If you have been paying support, when the kids are back in your custody, support should not be owed. But again, have the support order terminated formally by the court.
