can anyone direct me to what i can do about this case?

i got a speeding ticket and knowingly, i wasnt speeding, i contested the ticket. in the process of contesting the ticket and setting a hearing date, i had to call in and set up a interpreter/reader so i could proceed in the matter because i am hard of hearing. i got it all set up and copied the documentation of the setup since i use a tty. four days before the hearing, the dept of human rights called and left a message and said they do not have to provide me a interpreter/reader. at the hearing there was no show of the interpreter/reader and the judge ordered for an interpreter/reader to be present in a follow up. again, i called in setup the interpreter/reader and copied documentation. then again like two days before the hearing the dept. of human rights left a message saying they do not have to provide me an interpreter/reader. at the hearing the interpreter/reader was a no show. judge even mentioned that she didnt even do the paperwork for the order. she dismissed the case. i dont think it is right for them to deny my rights to an interpreter/reader in accordance with the disabilities act. i have not been able to find a law firm to handle this type of case or referred to one. please help.
this is in florida.
thanks :)

It was the state's responsibility to make sure you were provided with an interpreter to meet and understand the charges against you and communicate with the court. That responsibility was not carried out, so the judge did the right thing and dismissed the case. So you do not need a lawyer, the case is over.
