my husband has not yet got out of the temporary custody yet.and yes it is important for a child to have a relationship with the mother but when that mother choose to live a lifestyle illegally and the child prescene is there the mother should loose custody and be granted visitation.my husband isn't wanting the child not to have a relationship with the mother but the mother should be made to realalize that she made bad chorces as an adult and should be consquenced for her actions.my husband don't approve of the lifestyle she choose to live with their child and wants his child out of harms way.how can the system even approval of such crimal involvment done by the mother?do you think if the father was living this life and had visitation only would the system find him unfit and him to loose his parental rights as a father?

I think the father would be allowed visitation after he cleaned up his act. Most courts want the child to have a positive relationship with both parents.
