the mother of the child does have visitation with the child now.however the judge that is over the case at first wasn't going to make my husband even let his child see the mother.the judge then appointed a medeator to hear the mother side and the father side and the mother got visitation every other weekend like my husband court order was when he was placed on child support.being that every child needs both parents rather together or not if you as a mother knows right from wrong and puts a innocent child in harms way and the father is a hard working man who haven't once even recieved a ticket in his lifetime do judges or the state even take in the consideration that the father is sometimes better for a child to be placed with due to he does a stable life and home with other kids.

I understand where you are coming from. I am the wife of a man that should have custody of his kids but because the court system always sides with the mother he does not yet. We are going back to court to fight for them but we are not going to get our hopes up.

The situation turned out about how I felt it would. I do not think it is a bias, but the relationship with the mother is an important one, not to diminish the father and courts realize this even though not all mothers are nurturing types.
